In 2008, participating in NATO Exercise “Noble Light 08”, confirmed the Final Operational Capability (FOC) through a Tactical Evaluation (EVAL) for High Operational Readiness HQ (HRF - Land) at Regiment level, deploying a Deployable Module in Spain and activating at the home base a Reach Back HQ capable to support also the DM deployed in Kosovo operational teather.

The Multinational CIMIC Group has been the first HQ to put into practice what the new NATO concepts about the Reach Back Capability and the deployment of Staff elements (Implementation Detachment), achieving excellent results, often exceeding expectations, confirming again that is the only NATO CIMIC entities capable to support a Joint Force Command, or a Land Component Command in NATO.
